Heads Together, the mental health initiative spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, has teamed up with Instagram as part of a campaign to raise awareness of mental health, especially during the coronavirus pandemic.

A series of wellbeing guides has been launched, providing those in need with expert advice and recommendations from individuals and organisations. Heads Together works with eight mental health charities.

The three guides cover talking, self-care, and kindness and it comes during Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK.

In addition to the guides, every single radio station across the UK, including BBC stations, commercial and community stations, joined together on a broadcast fronted by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

The efforts are being led by Heads Together and Radiocentre, and produced by Somethin’ Else, and the broadcast, “Mental Health Minute”, took place Monday 18th, reaching an estimated 20 million listeners. It kicks off Mental Health Awareness Week.

Guests included Harry Kane, David Tennant, Dua Lipa and Anthony Joshua.
